Glass flush wiper delete kits from gecleant.de – the ORIGINAL!
Small (glass) plug, big effect – remove the rear wiper and replace it with a suitable glass insert – clean rear view of the car with minimal tuning effort!
We invented the wiper hole plugs for the rear window in 2007: I was in the tuning scene for years and with my own “JTI 2006 project” I wanted to tick off all vehicle refinement checkboxes: FFF (chassis, rims, finished) + Alcantara interior, beads removed/cleaned and so on . Everything is as high quality as possible but reduced to the essentials. I was satisfied, but it always bothered me that the asymmetrically positioned rear window wiper disturbed the rear view. Do you need a rear wiper? No. does he look stupid Yes. So remove… Seal the wiper water line … and what happens to the hole in the window? When I was looking for ways to close the rear wiper hole, I only found a chunky plastic nub in the hardware store. That didn’t work at all. So I had the idea of making something that is easy to install and looks good: Our first product in 2007 was a milled aluminum wiper hole insert that I primed by hand in the garage and then painted and sold. My friends at the time from the vagboard (does anyone still know that?), were the pioneers in “rear wiper removal”. For more than 15 years we have been optimizing our offer, the processes and everything that can be done better when it comes to glass stoppers. Today, gecleant.de is a manufactory that produces glass plugs (or rather, rear wiper covers or blind plugs for the rear window wiper hole) for over 1,000 vehicle models in Germany, the product range is constantly expanding and shipped worldwide from Leipzig .
We’re the inventors of the rear wiper cover… and I’m really proud of that.
