Hi! After our summer holiday, we’re back with a slightly longer update:
1. The 3G mobile masts have now been switched off, which unfortunately means we can no longer use a VoIP landline number on our mobile phone. As a result, the landline number is currently unavailable. We’ve already installed a LAN connection with a telephone socket and will arrange a replacement immediately to keep the outage as short as possible. To improve availability, we’ve planned more frequent live-chat hours. So check back here: whenever the green “Live Chat Online” button is visible, someone is personally available to help you.
2. A suitable insert for current Opel models (for example the 2021 Corsa) will be available soon. It took longer because the hole diameter was slightly below the smallest size we could previously machine. We’ve replaced some tools and adjusted the CNC control and hope this will let us deliver our usual quality even for the smallest rear-window hole diameters.
3. The price adjustment we mentioned is almost here – so if you still want to buy at the old prices, you’ll need to be quick. The material change and associated increase in costs make this step unavoidable. In return, everyone will now benefit from the darker, slightly more expensive material, which ultimately gives every vehicle an even cleaner rear-end look.
4. After the new baby and our summer holiday, a number of emails and support requests have built up. Please bear with us a little longer. We’re working through every enquiry in order and everyone will get a reply. Sorry if it’s taking a little while right now …
5. We’ll be rebuilding parts of the website again and will use the quieter autumn/early-winter period for the work. There may therefore be occasional outages. If something isn’t working, please simply check back later.
