Custom-Size Rear Wiper Delete Glass Insert

YES, we can supply a suitable rear wiper delete glass insert for your vehicle. However, we do not yet have the required dimensions, or have not been able to verify them sufficiently.

How do we verify product fit?

We take digital measurements on several tailgates of the relevant vehicle type and determine the average diameter of the rear-wiper hole, both vertically and horizontally. The glass thickness can also vary slightly. We test all values with reference customers; once the feedback is consistently positive, the glass insert is added to our shop as a regular product.

What if your car is not listed?

Because we manufacture in-house, we can make custom glass inserts from 20–40 mm for rear-wiper holes. All we need is the actual size of the hole.

You can order a custom size here by entering the actual hole diameter yourself. Please measure horizontally and vertically and enter the smaller value. We then subtract 0.3–0.6 mm from this measurement (the exact allowance varies slightly due to production) and manufacture a matching rear-wiper-hole insert to your specification.

1. Using digital calipers, you measure your car at 23.58 mm vertically and 23.13 mm horizontally.
2. You select 23 mm here as the custom size.
3. We manufacture your insert at 22.4–22.7 mm.
