Why is that glass-de-wipering-plug so special?

We make these plugs for the rear window glass on a computer-controlled milling machine (CNC). The plug thus has the same surface properties as the rear back window as he also painted black and only slightly thicker (about 4 mm thick glass / glass stopper approximately 5.5 mm thick). The reflections and shadows are therefore nearly identical. There is no easier to remove and better solution in terms of rear wiper and significantly improve the visual effect - a "clean" (clean, tidy) High-end total picture (smooth rear view) is the result.

After a final quality check to be sorted out when the closing element, who may have errors in the paint or on the rotating stage, is affixed to the visible side of the plug, a transparent protective film, so when fitting the surface is not damaged, or becomes contaminated with adhesive . The final result (see photos) is the perfect end to the hole in the back window after removing what is left of the wiper.
