Individual glass stopper production in Germany

In our production in Germany, we can precisely manufacture individual glass discs from 22-37.5mm for the hole in the rear window (where the rear window wiper was guided through the glass to the outside) from one piece.

Precise rounds made of glass

All de-wiper kits (wiper plugs + adhesive + cleaner) are individually tailored to your vehicle and are milled from float glass with an accuracy of approx. two tenths.

We don’t glue glass plates together or make the plug out of plastic, because both “solutions” won’t last long on your car or won’t enable the best cleaning result.

• Rear wiper covers made of plastic scratch easily when cleaning the window in the tailgate and they do not reflect like glass (depth effect is different)
• Individual discs with different diameters that are glued to one another often have the problem that after a while condensate forms and the stopper “runs white” or other strange color changes occur. In addition, the individual panes react differently to thermal changes and more adhesive is used during installation.

In our factory, the glass blind plugs are polished by hand after the CNC milling process, the quality is checked and dimensional accuracy is ensured to match the wiper hole. Our products are optimized for longevity on the vehicle. All materials used are of the highest quality:

• The black coating is optimized in a complex and durable painting process, especially for use on the vehicle and the corresponding temperature ranges.
• For this purpose, the black adhesive supplied by us is matched to the color of the window frame of the tailgate at the point of the wiper hole.
