Adhesive currently not available… UPDATE 16.02.2024

Hi & HAPPY NEW YEAR! 🙂

Unfortunately, our 2024 started with a few problems with the procurement of our adhesive sleeves. Our supplier has changed his minimum order quantity to an unrealistic figure for us and we can no longer get the adhesive sleeves (ALU). We will immediately try to find a temporary solution for NOW, but there is no option so all orders with adhesive sets will have to WAIT. We hope that this will be solved in the next 14 days and will get back to you as soon as possible! Simply removing the articles from the store is unfortunately a very time-consuming process, as it affects 9 languages and the product finder function and I can’t simply click on “hide”… we would have to manually adjust every single article for every car/model and that’s simply too many in the event that we then have to change everything back again in a few days. Please see this as a temporary solution and call us if you have any problems!

UPDATE 26.01.2024: We have 200 adhesives in stock. Still working on a solution… so at least something can be ordered.

UPDATE 04.02.2024: We have not yet been able to find a reliable source for the adhesive sleeves. Are still working on it. At the moment all adhesives are sold out again. Please order without adhesive set by setting the value for the number of adhesive sets from 1 (standard) to 0. You will only receive the rear wiper cleaning plug and no adhesive set. I hope this situation can finally be resolved in the next few weeks. SORRY for the NERV!

UPDATE 16.02.2024: So, the very last stocks are almost used up. Have probably found a temporary solution. Tubes made of aluminum only without our branding (for now). I hope the tests with the filling system run smoothly, then we can offer the glue normally again. Stock is also updated again and all items are available at short notice. THANK YOU for your patience!

Topic “calling”… Vodafone has simply “deleted” the forwarding from landline to cell phone. I only noticed this yesterday and was able to repair the setting today. We are now available by phone again. Sorry for the mistake.
